Accounts without Overdraft Privilege*, or an Overdraft Line of Credit*, or an Overdraft Transfer account with adequate funds:

Share draft (checks) and ACH items presented for payment on an account which does not have sufficient funds to pay that item (Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF)) will be assessed a fee. Items presented without sufficient funds may be returned unpaid at anytime after presentment.

You should assume that any item presented when your account is not adequately funded will be returned immediately and will be assessed a fee. We strongly encourage you to take precautions to have adequate funds or secure an overdraft source in advance of any such presentment.
