Updated Perfect Teller for Online Banking
This update to Perfect Teller only effects your Desktop (Online Banking) platform.
Your Mobile Perfect Teller App will remain the same. The current desktop version which is supported by Flash, is set to expire December 31st.
Please use the below information and link to access your new Desktop Perfect Teller.
In the new version of Perfect Teller, a security feature was added for the security of our members' accounts.
A two-factor authentication will now be required for log-in.
Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security for your Perfect Teller designed to ensure that you're the only person who can access your account, even if someone knows your password.
Existing users will be required to authenticate via Pin number to your cellphone or email address you have on file with IFCU.
On your first login-in to the new Perfect Teller, you will be asked for your account number and password.
Once account number is entered it will prompt you:
Enter the phone number in which you want to receive the text message. You should receive a text within seconds containing your PIN.
Then just enter the PIN into the window below and you should have access to your account.
Once the PIN is entered you will need to decide if you want the device to save the PIN for future use or just this one time. Once authorized you should be able to view your account.
If you are a new member and have never accessed Perfect Teller, you will be presented with the screen below where you will need to enter all of you information.
