Why are we making these changes?
We have been evaluating our transaction volumes for a long time now. The volumes during the hours that we are transitioning away from no longer support being open. This change in hours also allows our staff to have a better work-life balance. This helps with retention of employees and recruiting new employees. Our investment in technology has allowed more members to self-serve through our online and mobile banking.
I’m unable to get to a branch to deposit funds between the hours of 8AM – 6PM.
Checks can now be deposited remotely within mobile banking. You can take pictures and skip a trip to your local branch! If you are trying to deposit cash, or mobile banking is not accessible to you, each location has a night drop for deposits. Night drop transactions will be posted on the next business day.
I’m unable to get to a branch to transfer funds between the hours of 8AM – 6PM.
Transfers can be made via our online or mobile banking. We can help you get this set up to allow better management of your accounts. If you do not have access to online or mobile banking, our Call Center Representatives will be happy to assist you from 8AM – 6PM, Monday – Friday; and 9AM – 12PM on Saturdays.
I’m unable to get to a branch to make a loan payment between the hours of 8AM – 6PM.
You can transfer funds in online or mobile banking to make a loan payment. We can help you get set up with online and mobile banking to help you better manage your accounts. If you are needing to make a deposit for your loan payment, each branch has a night drop for deposits. Night drop transactions will be posted on the next business day.
I’ve lost my debit card. How do I report that after hours?
You can report your debit card lost or stolen by calling 866-906-4127. You can also report your debit card lost or stolen inside Online and Mobile Banking. If you’re not certain if your debit card has been lost or stolen, you can also disable your debit card within Online and Mobile Banking to ensure no transactions can process.
I’ve lost my credit card. How do I report that after hours?
You can report your credit card lost or stolen by calling 855-522-2078. You can also report your credit card lost or stolen inside IFCU’s Credit Card App. If you’re not certain if your credit card has been lost or stolen, you can also disable your credit card within IFCU’s Credit Card App to ensure no transactions can process.
How do I apply for a loan after hours?
You can apply for a loan after hours by visiting www.ifcu.com, or by logging into your online or mobile banking.
