President/CEO

The individual will be responsible for executing the credit union’s mission, ensuring financial stability, growing the organization, and developing employees.  He or she must have the experience and vision to cultivate all key areas of the credit union.  This individual must possess outstanding leadership skills and have a well-rounded background in senior management, including knowledge and experience in the fields of strategic leadership, compliance and regulatory issues.  A bachelor’s degree along with five to eight years of senior management experience is required.

 

Human Resource Director

General Function:
Provide input to the President/CEO on the Credit Union’s strategic plan to reflect human resource activities and trends. Develop, implement, and manage the human resource function for the Credit Union with primary emphasis in areas of policy development, wage and salary administration, performance appraisal programs, employee relations, employee benefits, recruitment and retention strategies, organizational development, record compliance, reports and statistics, counseling, orientation, and employee training and development programs. Ensure all human resource programs comply with state and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of proven experience managing a human resources department required. Bachelor’s degree with HR certification is preferred.

Internal Auditor

General Function:
Maintain responsibility for ensuring optimum efficiency and effectiveness of the Audit Department and for ensuring the Credit Union’s compliance with strict auditing guidelines imposed by NCUA and other regulatory agencies. Develop and oversee internal auditing procedures and processes. Manage internal auditing functions to ensure compliance with state and federal rules and regulations, and to safeguard the Credit Union’s assets. Review Credit Union policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all related laws and regulations applicable to the Credit Union. Recommend policy changes to senior management and/or the Board of Directors that will facilitate compliance with laws, regulations, or best practices for a Federally Regulated Credit Union. Update and disseminate information regarding laws and regulations as applicable to audit reviews and/or findings.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field required. Five years of related experience and a CPA desired.

Assistant Branch Manager @ Delphi Branch

General Function:
Assist the branch manager with the overall operation of the Credit Union branch. Assume responsibility for the branch when the Branch Manager is absent. Work at a branch with less than ten full-time employees.

Required Qualifications:
Previous teller experience with strong technical skills required. The preferred candidate would also have Membership and/or Financial Advisor experience with strong interpersonal skills, a knowledge of new accounts, consumer loans and other financial products offered to our members. Excellent time management, communication, phone, computer and customer service skills and the ability to perform in a team oriented, fast pace environment with the capability to multi task and pay close attention to details required.

Membership Representative @ Main Branch

Branch Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9-12. Membership Representatives are scheduled a 9 (nine) hour day with 1 (one) hour for lunch Monday through Friday with required rotating Saturday hours.

General Function:
Serve as a liaison between the member and the Credit Union. Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of Credit Union products and services. Open accounts for members, resolve issues, and professionally handle the member’s daily needs. Provide a variety of transactional services to members.

Teller @ South Branch

Branch Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9-12. Tellers are scheduled a 9 (nine) hour day with 1 (one) hour for lunch Monday through Friday with required Saturday hours based on scheduling needs.

General Function:
Perform transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with high degree of accuracy. Maintain accurate transactional records, providing basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.

Teller @ Main Branch

Branch Hours: Monday—Friday: 8am - 6pm; Saturday: 9am - 12pm

General Function:
Perform transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with high degree of accuracy. Maintain accurate transactional records, providing basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.
