On Monday, March 1, IFCU launched an improved Online Bill Pay service within Online and Mobile banking. With multiple ways to pay and an enhanced feature to connect all your financial accounts, we’re making it easier than ever for you to control your money.

You can pay anyone you want - from your mortgage payment, to your utility bill, to the babysitter. Online Bill Pay eliminates the need for checks, stamps and trips to the mailbox. Plus it’s free to IFCU members.

Online Bill Pay will now be accessed through your Online Banking with more user friendly features. There's no monthly fee, no minimum number of bills to pay and you can pay one or all of your bills. It's your choice. It's so quick and easy, once you try it, you'll never go back. Now with our IFCU Mobile App you can even pay bills from your mobile device! It's never been easier to pay bills.
Gone are the days of multiple logins! Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Online Bill Pay will be accessed by one username and password. To combine our online services, all current Online Banking (Perfect Teller) members will be required to re-enroll using the this initial login information. Password: IFCU(Last 4 of your SSN) i.e IFCU1234
New Online Banking members will be required to go through the full enrollment process online.
What is the Bill Pay Upgrade?
IFCU has upgraded our Bill Pay, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking systems into one easy to use platform.
How will I access my Bill Pay account?
Online bill pay will now be accessed through your Online and Mobile banking with more user friendly features. Gone are the days of multiple logins! Online Banking, Mobile Banking and bill pay will be accessed by one username and password.
Will my current payment data moved to the new system?
Previous payees and payment schedules will transfer to the new platform.
Please note: It is important for users to log in to Online Banking and verify payees and payment schedules. In some cases, users may need to re-establish payees and payment schedules. If, for any reason your payees did not transfer over, contact the credit union immediately to get your bill pay account redirected.
Will my bill payment history be moved to the new system?

Are there any fees associated with the Bill Pay Service?
Industrial Federal Credit Union's Bill Pay Service is free. There is no monthly fee or limits on how often you use Bill Pay.
Am I able to use Bill Pay on my IFCU Mobile app?
Yes. Bill Pay is integrated into IFCU's Mobile app so that you may have the conveniences while you are on-the-go.
